Get ready for one of the greatest musical experiences in the entire Tampa area as The Florida Orchestra brings Pops in the Park to River Tower Park on October 15. There are tons of amazing date night options in Tampa, but this evening of pop culture bops under the stars may be the best. This outdoor event is free to attend and begins at 7:30pm. Be sure to bring your non-perishable goods for Tampa Bay Harvest’s annual food drive.
Residents and visitors are invited to pack a blanket and picnic for free music under the stars. This concert has been a Florida Orchestra tradition for nearly 30 years. The playlist includes iconic film scores, Broadway hits, and symphonic favorites. The entire show is set against Tampa’s historic River Tower.
